‘Alice and Rose made kites with Nessie one evening and got a little inventive, Rose decided to add little items of clothing instead of ribbon to the wolf kite to signify the way Jacob stripped off his clothes before he changes. Alice kept the family joke going by making Nessies kite the Loch Ness Monster. A little while after they made the kites Nessie and Jake took them on an afternoon stroll through the mountains in Forks. They settled down together in the cool breeze and flew each others kites unaware that Bella and Edward were watching from a distance.’
